Payment is processed through our payment gateway. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specifically stated in our cancellation policy.

5. Rental Agreement Controls
Each rental is also subject to a separate Rental Agreement signed at the time of pickup. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the signed Rental Agreement for a specific rental, the Rental Agreement controls for that rental.
6. Communications Consent
By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that Centex Trailer Rental may contact you with transactional messages about your rentals, account, and payments through email and, where you have opted in, SMS. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing email at any time, or reply STOP to opt out of SMS, without affecting transactional notices required to deliver your rental. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, including its design, text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Centex Trailer Rental or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website for the personal purpose of reviewing and booking rentals.
