We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking for the security deposit.
Do I need insurance to rent equipment?+
You must provide proof of your own insurance; optional damage protection insurance is available at additional cost.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the rental start time receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Do you deliver?+
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup within our service area for an additional fee. Contact us for a delivery quote.
How do I book a rental?+
You can book online through our website 24/7, or call us during business hours. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season.
What happens if equipment breaks down during my rental?+
Contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or repair. You will not be charged for mechanical issues that are not caused by misuse. Tires, misuse, and or damage to the equipment, tools, or supplies provided are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged.
Is there a minimum rental period?+
Most items have a minimum rental of one day. Some specialty equipment may have longer minimums — check the item listing for details.
Can I extend my rental?+
Absolutely! Call or text us before your return time and we will extend your rental based on availability.
What are your hours of operation?+
We are open Monday through Saturday. Check our Contact page for current hours. After-hours pickup and drop-off may be available by arrangement.
